Ms. Rashmeet Kapoor is a seasoned academician and industry expert with over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry and academia, specializing in Accommodation Management. Her career began at The Imperial New Delhi and was further shaped at The Taj Mahal Hotel New Delhi, where she excelled in various operational and leadership roles. During her tenure at Leela Hotels, she served as an Internal Auditor for ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management Systems), ensuring compliance with environmental standards and contributing to the organization’s sustainability initiatives. In her last hotel assignment, she served as Assistant Front Office Manager at The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel and Residences, showcasing her operational expertise in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
Transitioning into academia, Ms. Kapoor has made significant contributions as Programme Director and Associate Professor at Vedatya Institute, Gurugram. In this role, she has been instrumental in shaping curriculum and mentoring future hospitality leaders. She is a certified trainer with Taj Hotels and The Leela Group, further enhancing her credentials and industry credibility.
