She completed her Ph.D. in Psychology at the age of 28 and has extensive research experience in publishing research studies and a book chapter, both independently and collaboratively. With 4 years of teaching experience, she has also worked as a Counselor with several NGOs and Hospitals. Currently, she is an Assistant Professor in Psychology at IILM University, Gurugram. Her area of specialization is in Social and Developmental Psychology and Positive Psychology. Her teaching philosophy revolves around fostering critical thinking and active engagement among students. As a passionate educator steeped in the vibrant academic landscape of India, she employs innovative pedagogical approaches, integrating real-world examples and interactive activities to ensure a comprehensive understanding of psychological theories and concepts. With considerable experience as a mentor, she has successfully supervised numerous postgraduate students, guiding them to achieve their research goals.
