Dr. Shuchi Parashar
ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

Dr Shuchi Parashar is a faculty of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources at IILM, Gurugram. Her work experience is a blend of industry and academia. With 20+ years in industry with organizations like KLM, General Electric and IDP Australia, Dr. Parashar has a good grasp of practices in HRM, Talent Management, Performance Management Systems and HR Reporting. She has also been associated with The British Council and the University of Cambridge in the area of Teaching English as a Second Language, since 2008.
She has previously taught on the BSc.in Management Programme, for the University of Bradford, United Kingdom as well as the Postgraduate Management Programmes at IILM, from 2012-2015. Being an industry practitioner turned academic, Dr. Parashar has a keen interest in studying Leadership Practices and their impact on organizations. Additionally, she has worked on research publications and case studies related to the human aspect of business. She has also conducted management development and training programs for corporate organisations such as Concentrix, IBM, Engineers India Ltd., etc.
