IILM Center for Emotional Intelligence, IILM University is hosting on its campus a Discussion cum Workshop on Critical Role of Emotional Intelligence in 21st century Education on September 14, 2018.
The focus of the event is to understand how EI skills enhance academic learning, decision making and classroom management. The importance of Emotional Intelligence (EI) in education has gained momentum in the last few years. Given this interest in emotional intelligence and the wide spread recognition of its salience in enhancing classroom effectiveness, this discussion and workshop is being organised.
