From building a fitness routine and eating healthy to the management of stress and building on the happiness quotient, Reguven8 – The Health and Life Skills Club encourages active lifestyles by ensuring the physical and emotional well being amongst the community at large.
The Club also promotes good choices and avoiding negative behaviours. Through dynamic sessions, highly participatory activities, field trips, life and health coaching, Rejuven8 helps students explore their own and societal attitudes and values as they build skills for self-­‐discipline, self-­‐confidence, develop skills to handle life situations, eat right and get proper health care.
