Dr. Roshni Garg is an assistant professor of finance at IILM University, Gurugram. She holds a PhD, MPhil, and Master’s degrees from the Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, and earned her undergraduate degree from the esteemed Shri Ram College of Commerce. She secured Rank 1 in the NET-JRF examination in commerce conducted by UGC in 2015 and has also cleared the competitive CA-IPCC exams. Her research focuses on sovereign wealth funds and institutional investment in IPOs, with publications featured in ABDC-listed journals. Notably, she has also presented her work at prestigious national and international conferences such as at the Asian Finance Association Conference in Vietnam, FMS and MDI.
Prior to joining IILM University, Dr. Garg taught at the Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies and Gargi College, both affiliated with Delhi University. Furthermore, she possesses valuable industry insights garnered through internships at elite organizations such as the Reserve Bank of India and Google Inc.
