The discipline of law is founded upon the pillars of language and expression. Not just the words but even the punctuations and pauses contribute to the meaning and impact of an idea being communicated. Be it a legislation, a plaint, a contract or an academic research work, all of them require the art of legal writing. A faculty development program that deals with the skills and style of legal writing shall be of immense value to faculties, research scholars as well as young professionals.
