Saima Hassan has worked with the Competition Commission of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs for a period of 4 years. On the enforcement side, she has worked in complex and high-stake competition law cases, which have been crucial in solidifying the competition law regime in India, involving cartel investigations, leniency applications, interplay between IPR and antitrust laws. On the merger control side, she has worked on the assessment of various merger notifications filed before the Competition Commission of India.She has worked as a Legal Researcher with the National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi for about a year wherein her role was to conduct legal research for the purpose of judgment writing inthe cases of Environmental law contraventions. She has worked at Jammu and Kashmir High Court as Associate Advocate for a period of more than 03 years.
