Dr. Madhu Jasola

Dr. Madhu Jasola has completed her Ph.D in 2002 and has over 24 years of rich experience in teaching, research and training. Dr. Jasola has written 87 research papers. Her research papers and case studies have been published in various international journals such as Cogent Psychology, Taylor & Francis, Academy of Marketing Studies, United Kingdom, European Case Clearing House, Springer University of South Australia, Communications USA. She has presented papers in international conferences in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Dubai, Mauritius, Romania and has won best paper awards.

Dr. Jasola has conducted Workshops and Training Programs for various companies on Sales & Negotiation Skills, Customer Centricity, Brand Building, Leadership & Team Building, Time Management, Stress Management. Her research areas are CRM, consumer behaviour, service quality, social media marketing, retail, digital transformation, work life balance, employee engagement and well being. She is invited as Expert by AICTE, Universities and Colleges. Dr. Jasola has been instrumental in collaborations, tie ups and worked on funded research projects. She has also worked as Consultant with Smart Cities Project, Government of India.
