Dr Prachi Gupta
Assistant Professor

Dr. Prachi Gupta is assistant professor at School of Social Sciences and Liberal Arts at IILM University, Gurugram. She has been awarded her doctorate degree in Political Studies at Center for Political Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi in 2022. She has completed her Mphil in Political Studies at Center for Political Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She has done her graduation in political science from Lady Shri Ram College for Women at Delhi University. She was awarded the UGC-SRF/JRF in 2016. The title of her PhD thesis is “Language, Religion and the Nation: A Critical Analysis of the Works of Ramchandra Shukla and Hazari Prasad Dwivedi.”
The areas of her teaching expertise are Indian Political Thought, Political Theory, Indian Government and Politics and Gender Studies. The areas of her research interest are Indian Political Thought and Political Theory. She has presented in several national and international conferences. She has written for Scroll.in on the subject of Hindi Language and Politics. At IILM, she is teaching Gender Dynamics in International Relations and Political Theory.
