Dr. Shailaja is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and academician with over 15+ years of experience providing counseling and therapies towards alleviating psychological and behavioral issues. She has been a versatile coach and utilizes various assessments and tools to assist in identifying appropriate intervention techniques. She has strong talent for collaborative care, adept at partnering with education teams, parents and other critical figures to develop action plans to address student psychological needs, including parent, family counseling and therapy. She has counseled and advised individuals and corporates in better behavior management, time management, sorting team issues, psychological screening of prospective employees, helping evolve key performance indicators and team management strategies.
She is also adept at using psychometric & statistical tools to evaluate personality, intelligence and other psycho-social parameters. She has been teaching in several universities and teaching subjects of psychology to students. She has presented papers in national and international conferences and has published papers and written book chapters. She has made appearances on television shows and written multiple articles in both print and e-magazines.
