Dr. Mahima Tripathi, is an experienced legal professional having rich experience of 8 years in the practical as well as academia. She has completed her Ph.D from Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Laws, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, West Bengal. Her doctoral research is in the area of Environmentally Sound Technologies- their legal, regulatory and technology transfer challenges, with specific reference to the E-mobility segment. She has done her Masters in Law with specialization in Intellectual Property Laws from NLIU Bhopal. For her legal education is all about having a practical and problem-solving approach. She has various articles and book chapters published in reputed journals listed in Scopus and UGC care in her name.
