Dr. Vijay Pal Singh is an academician, presently serving as Professor of Law at IILM University, Gurugram. With a strong academic foundation and extensive teaching experience, he specializes in Constitutional Law and Criminal Law. His doctoral research focused on the law of confessions in India with a comparative perspective, critically analysing the Poison Tree Principle. He has published extensively in Scopus, UGC Care, and peer-reviewed journals, and authored/edited books and book chapters on constitutional developments, criminal jurisprudence, and contemporary legal challenges.
