Dr. Shweta Tiwari is a Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at IILM University, Gurugram. With over 19 years of enriching experience in academic teaching, training, and leadership roles in higher education, she is a dedicated professional in the field of learning and development. In 2019 and 2021, Dr. Tiwari served as a guest editor for two special issues of the Scopus-indexed and ABDC-listed journal “Worldwide Hospitality and Tourism Themes,” published by Emerald Publishing, U.K. Additionally, she has authored a book titled “Managing Human Resources within a Legal Framework,” which was published by Alborear (OPC) Pvt. Ltd in 2023.
