Dr. Kuhu Tiwari is an Assistant Professor at IILM University, specializing in Intellectual Property and Technology Law. She brings extensive teaching experience, having previously served at Hidayatullah National Law University and Christ University. Additionally, Dr. Tiwari has significant research experience, gained as a full-time Ph.D. scholar at IIT Kharagpur.
Dr. Tiwari has actively contributed to international forums, participating in esteemed conferences such as the INTA–Trademark Colloquium, Akron IP Colloquium, and IPIRA. She was also recognized with the Young Asian IP Scholar Award at the 5th Asian IP Works-in-Progress Conference, organized by the Applied Research Centre for the Intellectual Assets and the Law in Asia (ARCIALA) at Singapore Management University (SMU) and City University of Hong Kong. She has also been a Co-Organizer(with Prof. Irene Calboli, Prof. Althaf Marsoof, Dr. Ana Penteado & Ataul Karim) for past three year of the Online IPIRA Academic Colloquium.
Dr. Tiwari has numerous publications to her credit, including contributions to the Oxford Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Practice.
