Prof. Chavi Sood has completed her B.A., LL.B.(Hons ) & LLM and is an alumnus of Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, GGSIPU and Amity University, Noida. She comes with 8 years of relevant experience in the field of the legal profession. Prof. Chavi Sood has enjoyed a high level of autonomy and responsibility, working closely with a team to deliver professional commercial services to over a dozen of clients and Indian Companies. Her experience in litigation and corporate laws extends to drafting various SLPs, Writ Petitions, Legal Agreements including Joint Venture Agreement, Share Subscription Agreements, Opinions to various Indian and Foreign companies on incorporation and procedural issues, advising foreign clients on the structuring of their business in India and also on the formation of a Joint venture and all legal compliance under the Companies Act, etc.
