Assistant Professor
Ms. Ahana Ray, presently working as Assistant Professor of Law at IILM University, Gurugram is a legal researcher and consultant specialising in International Human Rights Law and International Humanitarian Law. She holds an LL.M. with Distinction in International Human Rights Law from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. With global research exposure and interdisciplinary training in policy making and research, she has worked with international and national institutions including the National Human Rights Commission of India (NHRC), collaborated on projects and conferences with central ministries including the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment and NITI Aayog, the International Criminal Court (NILD Project), UK and LMRE London, UK. Her research interests include rights of minorities, disabled and older persons, gender justice, international human rights and humanitarian law.
