Dr Sapna Arora is presently working as an Assistant Professor at School of Management, IILM University, Gurugram Campus. She has completed her PhD in Computer Science &Engineering from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan, India. She has participated in various Faculty Development Programs and workshops. She has more than ten research papers in various journals and proceedings. She has also contributed various chapters in Scopus indexed books. Her research interests are Data Mining, Machine Learning, and Big Data. She is a proficient faculty member with extensive teaching experience (more than ten years) with a focus on student knowledge and understanding their ambitions. Her strengths are learning optimistically and working patiently.

M. Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) from Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal (Sonepat), Haryana -First Division with Honours (8.29 CGPA) in 2014-2016.
B. Tech (computer Science) from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar (71.92%) in 2003-2007.
