Assistant Professor
Dr Deepika Kushwaha is a trained and certified psychologist with a robust academic and professional background. She holds a PhD in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and a Diploma in Guidance and Counselling. She is also a certified Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Practitioner and an Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapist.
Dr Kushwaha is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at IILM University, Gurugram. Prior to this, she worked as an Assistant Professor at Amity University, Madhya Pradesh, where she taught, mentored, and supervised research for undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma students.
Alongside her academic role, she also practises as a Psychologist and ABA Therapist at Healing Talks, providing psychological assessments, counselling, and therapeutic interventions. Previously, she served as a Child Psychologist and ABA Therapist at the Golden Sound Therapy Centre, Greater Noida.
She has led and organised several significant programmes, including a National Seminar on Addiction, World Mental Health Day celebrations, and workshops on psychological assessments and interventions. Her areas of expertise include mental health counselling, psychological assessment, therapeutic interventions, teaching, and promoting mental health awareness.
