Kirtika Malhotra is an accomplished academician with over thirteen years of experience in the field. As a Finance professional, she has served as a Program Head, guide & trainer, and headed various programs contributing significantly to fostering a dynamic learning environment Currently, she is actively engaged in pursuing her Ph.D. from Banasthali Vidyapith. Her primary research focus revolves around the domains of Financial Innovation, Financial Literacy, and Corporate Finance. She has published research papers and management cases in UGC Care Listed Journals. She presented her work at prestigious conferences at National and International forums, including IIM Raipur and IIM Jammu.
