Dr Shilpa
Assistant Professor

Dr Shilpa has worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Assistant Professor (Adjunct), with more than 7 years of experience in the higher education industry. She is highly skilled in research, data analysis, scientific writing, lecturing, and university teaching. Dr Shilpa has gained a PhD in Management focused on the intersection of digital technologies, marketing, finance and sustainability. Consequently, she has an interdisciplinary approach towards research. Her research interests include digitalization, marketing, branding, sustainability, digital platforms, sustainable business strategies, sustainable marketing, sustainable consumerism, FinTech, and behavioural operations. She is conversant in quantitative and qualitative research, especially primary research and skilled at using various analytical and statistical techniques. She has been actively working on various collaborative research projects in diverse areas with researchers from Asia, the US, the UK, and Europe, and passionate to undertake further interdisciplinary projects.
