A passionate academician, effective communicator and leader with strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills and organizational abilities, with expertise in Corporate and Business Laws, Prof. (Dr) Monica Yadav has a Doctorate from Amity University Haryana and is a Law Graduate from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University. Before entering the field of Academics, she had over 15 years of experience in Litigation and Legal Consultancy.
Dr Yadav has an expertise in the areas of White-Collar Crime, Taxation Laws, Property Law, Corporate Governance and Business laws. She has published in National and International Journals of repute, contributed chapters in Edited Books. Dr Yadav has been the supervisor of Research Scholars and Post Graduate Students

Over the years, she has been instrumental in organizing various National Moot Court Competitions, International Conferences, Seminars, Workshops, Faculty Development Programmes, which have been graced by many prominent Legal Luminaries. She has been an invited Speaker, Resource person and Judge of National and International Moot Court Competitions.

With her experience in Litigation and Legal Consultancy and Academics, Dr. Yadav has been instrumental in combining practical aspects of Law with theoretical Knowledge. Dr Yadav is an avid reader and researcher who believes in meticulous planning which has helped many students excel in their chosen career paths and research work.
