Dr. Megha Pushkarna completed her Ph.D (Psychology) and title for her thesis is “Factors of self-esteem contributing to Academic performance in Adolescents. She has 6 years of Counseling and Psychometric Testing experience in various fields of mental health associated with students and patients.

Dr. Megha Pushkarna (Ph.D Psychology) specializes in Counseling issues related to mental well-being. She is been actively involved in cognitive behavior therapy for anxiety and depression in a clinical set up. Some of the areas where she specializes are

  1. Psychometric testing and analysis for children, adolescents and adults.
  2. Emotional counseling using rational emotive therapy (RET) and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for overcoming mental distress and worries and providing guidance for preventive and promotive health care.
