Her Academic and research interests are in the Areas of Strategy, Competitiveness&Sustainability. She possesses a copyright of Strategy – T-VUCA Environment and Terrorism. She is academically expert in Holistic and multidisciplinary Education, Professional Skills and Employability Enhancement of Students and Implementation of National Education Policy 2020. Her further research interests along with 18 research papers published in national and international journals and conferences, lie in Bottom of Pyramid, Sustainable Development along with Special Interest in ‘Indic Case Studies’ addressing Indian Businesses, Markets, Products and Customers. Her research achievements include an ICSSR funded research project of grant Rs 1.25L in the year 2017-18 on Sustainable Development of the Bottom of Pyramid through PMMY. She has also played roles of editor, speaker, session chair and reviewer in various national and international journals and conferences.
