Akshat Srivastava is a dedicated legal professional and UGC NET qualified academic, with over four years of experience in legal practice and policy-making. He graduated with a B.A LL.B (Hons.) from the National Law University, Delhi, and earned his LLM degree from the European Academy of Legal Theory, Goethe University Frankfurt. His areas of interest include Constitutional Law, Law and Technology and Socio-Legal Studies, with his LLM thesis focusing on the role of Constitutional Courts in safeguarding democratic values. He worked as a Fellow at the Delhi Assembly Research Centre under the aegis of the Delhi Legislative Assembly and the Government of NCT of Delhi, where he conducted research and provided strategic input on governance and policy matters.
