IILM University, Gurugram is looking for Associate Director Placements for its Career Development Center (CDC) across Schools of Design, Humanities & Social Science, Law, Mass Communication and Management.
- The candidate must be extremely responsible to device new initiatives for on-boarding Companies and manage memberships/conferences held by industry bodies for students and faculty
- Establish Strong Interface and rapport with new Industries/ Associations
- Ensure / Assist Faculty in Student Internship Program /Placement/Consulting/Training
- Counsel career choices for students and generate suitable profiles in association with Faculty
- Conducting Job placement activities, follow up and maintaining records
- Alumni Engagement
Travel Requirement - Travel local / outstation
Remuneration - Negotiable
Min of 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/ Placements from a reputed organization with high-quality industry network
High achievement orientation
Inclination to learn new areas leading to performance improvement
Good command over communication and presentation skills.
